The TaniaKsiazka UK has a warehouse located in Glasgow, where approximately 10,000 titles are available and orders for these items are fulfilled immediately. The other products in our book store are imported from Poland within 7-14 business days from the date of placing and paying for the order. The waiting time for shipment is dictated by the distance from our suppliers and the need to undergo import procedures. After Great Britain left the European Union, controls and customs clearance were introduced for goods imported from Poland, which further extends the order fulfilment time. However, thanks to regular deliveries and reliable partners in Poland, we can ensure that orders are shipped within the declared time. We make every effort to shorten the waiting time for order shipment as much as possible. Thanks to this operating model, we can offer our clients Polish books at very attractive prices.

Deliveries of goods from Poland

After leaving the European Union, the United Kingdom has implemented burdensome and costly customs procedures for goods imported from Poland. In order to maintain competitive prices for the goods we sell, we were forced to reduce the frequency of deliveries. Currently, we receive goods from Poland every two weeks. The goods depart from our supplier on Mondays and arrive at our location on Thursdays in the afternoon. Upon receiving the delivery, orders are packed and prepared for shipment on Fridays. The waiting time for order fulfilment is closely tied to the delivery schedule. For example, an order placed on Wednesday in the week preceding the departure of the delivery from Poland will be shipped on the following Friday. Typically, the order fulfilment time does not exceed 14 working days. The shipping deadline for orders is provided prior to placing the order, in the shipping method description.
